LEARNING TO SURF IN OUR KAILUA SURF SCHOOL
Kailua surf school Fuerteventura and surf camp has been established by two cousins from Lithuania Mantas and Domas, whose dream is to spend their lives catching waves.
The surf school Fuerteventura is located in the northern part of the island, in Corralejo – a town suruonded by beautiful sandy beaches. It is easy to reach all the best surf spots in the north from Corralejo.
Whether you only dreamed but never tried standing on a surfboard or have been surfing since you were little, Kailua surf school Fuerteventura invites beginners to learn surfing, advanced surfers to improve their skills as well as all of you to have the vacation of your life in a beautiful Canary Island - Fuerteventura.
Our surf school Fuerteventura offers surf courses and lessons in several languages: English, Spanish, German, Polish, Russian, Lithuanian.
However, if you feel proficient enough and wish to imrpove your skills by yourself, we also offer necessary equipment (surfboards, bodyboards, wetsuits and etc.) for rent.
Our surf school Fuerteventura is an official school of the FCS (Federación Canaria de Surf) and FES (Federación Española de Surf) and it is approved by Gobierno de Canarias.

SURF COURSES AND LESSONS
At our surf school Fuerteventura both surf lessons and surf courses take place every day (from Monday to Sunday) between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. depending on ocean tides. The surf course is 4 hours a day (including transfers to the beach). Surf lessons and surf courses are held in beautiful North shore spots. Our highly qualified surfing instructors pick each surf spot for the day's best conditions.
On the surf course day we will pick you up from where you are staying (hotel, surf camp) and choose the proper surf gear (surfboard, wetsuit and etc.) for you. Afterwards we will drive to the beach. During the course you will acquire the basics of surfing theory: understanding the ocean, wave conditions, safety in the water, also we will do theoretical surf exercises. After the entertaining warm up we will have a lot of practical activities arranged for you – so the majority of the surf lessons, courses time will be spent practising in the water. Our surf instructors will be in the water with you pointing the best waves, helping you catch them and giving feedback to help you improve your surfing technique. After your surf lesson, course we will bring you back to your hotel, apartment or surf camp.
WHY FUERTEVENTURA NORTH FOR SURFING?
The northern part of Fuerteventura is one of the most beautiful and suitable areas for surfing. In the north you can find surf spots for all levels of surfers: from constant beginner-friendly waves to challenging point break waves with tubes for advanced surfers.
BEST SURF SPOTS IN FUERTEVENTURA NORTH
El Cotillo - an impressive wild wide sandy beach. Beach break with a lot of peaks (waves breake both left and right), it is suitable for surfing at all stages of tide. Suitable for both beginners and advanced surfers.
Los Lobos – a point break with perfect right . This spot is best at mid-tide. Suitable for advanced surfers only. This spot is popular among the local surfers so be respectful for them in the water.
ACCOMMODATION IN FUERTEVENTURA NORTH
We advise you to choose an apartment or hotel in Corralejo. Corralejo is a beautiful town located in the northern part of the island. You can enjoy incredible white sandy beach and plenty of different bars, restaurants, hotels.
Corralejo offer the best night life in Fuerteventura. The town is full of bars, restaurants, surf bars where all the surfers hang out. The locals are very friendly even if they do have a habit of playing awful Spanish pop tunes! There is a varied international surfing community. You can meet surfers from around the Europe/World.
